Perfect Summer Day -McIver Park...

Twice a year our church choir and other members of the church have a picnic at the park. This year was no exception. But this time, unlike other rainy days, we had a perfect summer day that was little bit unusual for this time of year in our area.

After visiting with several friends, I spend lots of time with the kids.

They visited with their friends as well.

They blew bubbles.

They were glad to see Leah and Amy, who did not see them for a while.

I showed kids how to make flower headband (Венок из одуванчиков).

kids helped me by picking the longest chamomile flowers.

Semi-final product that brings back memories.

Some fishing is a must in summer, even though it is just for pretend.

Kids were mesmerized in this dog in tutu. We did not know who this dog belonged to.

Melanie helping her uncle Bro to wait his turn in the game of volleyball.

uncle Bro in action...

Dragon Fighter showed kids the game "she loves me, she loves me not". They were thrilled that the game ended with a "she loves me!"

Also, they learned how to clap a leaf. It makes a clapping sound as it rips.

Family portrait- the perfect ending to a nice summer day!
